House rules: We have drawn up these house rules to make your stay and that of other guests as pleasant as possible. We do not have a reception. The Bistro downstairs is open Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 PM. On Friday and Saturday, it is also open for lunch from 12:00 PM. You can always stop by for questions or advice. We are also available between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Privacy. We ask that you respect the privacy of your fellow guests. Please keep the noise down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and be considerate of other guests. While we respect your privacy, we are authorized to enter your apartment if you violate our house rules. In extreme cases, we may evict you from your apartment.
• Electricity consumption. We request that you turn off the lights when you leave the apartment.
People. The maximum number of people in the apartment is 4. Without prior consultation, it is not permitted to stay overnight with more people than agreed upon in the reservation.
Pets. No animals are allowed in the apartments. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of €200.
Gourmet dining. Gourmet dining is not permitted in the apartments. Deep-frying or using an air fryer is prohibited. A fine of €200 will be imposed.
Smoking. The apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Smoking indoors is a violation and will result in a €200 fine.
Furnishings. We expect our guests to handle the inventory with care. You will be required to pay for any items missing from the inventory list. We therefore advise you to check the inventory at the start of your stay.
Vandalism. Damage and theft of apartment furnishings or inventory will be charged to the person responsible and personally liable. Tante Bed is not liable for money, jewelry, or other valuables in your apartment or elsewhere in and around Tante Bed.
Key. We provide one key per apartment during your stay. Loss of this key will incur a €30 charge.
Liability. We accept no responsibility for loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses, or damage to property caused by personal carelessness or circumstances beyond our control.
• Theft. In case of theft and/or intentional vandalism, we always report it to the police.
Beds/sofa bed. It is not permitted to sleep on the beds and/or sofa bed without bedding.
Guests. Due to the small size of our accommodation, we are not permitted to invite guests. Our grounds are not suitable for parties.
Emergency. In case of an emergency, call 112 immediately.
Age. The minimum age for independent overnight stays is 21 years.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in for the apartments is between 3:30 PM and 8:00 PM. If we are not in the Bistro downstairs, you can enter the apartments using the key box on the door.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM.
Please let us know before you leave so we can start cleaning. Please strip the bedding and leave the dishes clean.
Cleaning service: Your apartment will receive fresh towels every other day. If you are staying longer, we will provide you with a fresh set of bed linens on day 7 so you can change your own bed. We will collect any soiled linens from you at that time.
If towels are left so dirty that we can no longer clean them, a fee will be charged.
We charge €50 per apartment for final cleaning.
Candles. It is prohibited to burn candles in the apartment.
Breakfast: We don't serve breakfast in the morning. However, we will provide a breakfast package upon arrival, containing a good foundation for breakfast the next morning, so you don't have to go straight to the supermarket. This package includes dairy, sweet and savory spreads, pre-baked rolls, and of course, an egg. This is available for a fee of €7.50 per person.
Supermarket: The supermarket is within walking distance. Dirk is 150 meters away, Albert Heijn is 250 meters away, and Hoogvliet is 350 meters away. The bakery is just down the street, 200 meters away.
