Short Stay Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation
If you cancel your booking more than 5 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation within 3 days before arrival
If you cancel your booking less than 3 days before your arrival, we cannot refund the deposit.
No-show (not showing up)
If you do not show up on the agreed date and you have not cancelled, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Changes to your booking
If you'd like to shorten or change your stay, this is possible, but we can't offer any guarantees. This depends on availability and any costs associated with the change.
Unforeseen circumstances
If you are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., illness, family circumstances, or bad weather), please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we can make an exception, but this depends on the situation.
